Refunds and returns
In an effort to guarantee 100% satisfaction, we at Iboga Fab Botanical are here to help any customer who is dissatisfied with their order. This policy explains how to return packages purchased from our online store and receive a refund. As long as you comply with the guidelines in this return policy, Iboga Fab Botanical will issue a refund or accept a return.
Our return policy
Iboga Fab Botanical has a stock of Iboga Root Barks, Iboga TA, Tabernanthe elliptica powder, Tabernanthe Elliptical Capsules,
Tabernanthe Iboga Powder, Tabernanthe Iboga Seeds, Tabernanthe Large Bark Iboga, and Voacanga Africana. Please note that Iboga Fab Botanical cannot accept returns of product that have been shipped by the company. It is important to consult before making a purchase, as we cannot issue a refund for a product once it has left our warehouse and been delivered to you. Please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page if you need to return your product because it arrived damaged, or if you have any other questions or concerns about returning the product you ordered from Iboga Fab Botanical.
Return process
We only accept returns or exchanges if you have received the wrong product. If you have received a product you did not order or an unrelated product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with our support team, via email or live chat, and attach pictures of the product you have received.
Once we have confirmed that you have received the incorrect product, we will provide you with a return address so that you can send the product back to us for next day delivery. You must return the incorrect product in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
When we receive the incorrect product, we will verify its condition and issue a coupon code for the delivery costs you paid, which you can use on your next order. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than receiving the incorrect product.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges unless you have received the wrong product. If you have received the correct product but it does not work, or you have received a different brand than the one listed on our website or the one you requested, we are not obliged to provide you with any compensation or replacement.
We strongly recommend that you double-check everything with our support team before placing an order to ensure you receive the correct product that meets your needs.
Cancellations
Cancellation and changes to orders are only possible during certain periods. You can cancel or change your order as long as its current status is "on hold". Please note that once your order status changes to "processing" or "shipped", we cannot cancel or change your order.
